With more than two decades of experience in crafting beautiful, tailor-made wedding dresses, Hong Kong-based bridal couturier Noel Chu is a respected name in the fashion business. The atelier offers traditional wedding dresses as well as evening gowns and qipaos, a staple in Chinese weddings.
